Caramelised Onion Chutney

A savoury chutney with a sweet stickiness from the aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and caramelisation of the onions. A perfect accompaniment with cheese, cold meats and a ploughman’s lunch. 

Ingredients: Onion (75%), Balsamic Vinegar (Sulphite) (9%), Sugar (9%), Dates (7%), MUSTARD SEEDS, Salt, Olive Oil, Cornflour
