Dunkery Beacon Heather Honey

Dunkery Beacon at the summit of Dunkery Hill is the highest point on Exmoor and in Somerset, England. The hill is blanketed in heather, which gives it a deep purple colour during the summer. 

Known as the champagne of honey, it doesn’t get much better than this. With a strong, distinct flavour this honey is delicious on warm bread or stirred in to yoghurt.
