Chuckleberry Jam

Recently awarded GOLD in the Taste of the West awards 2021. Not only do we love the name of this fruit, it’s delicious too! A Chuckleberry is a fruit that is a cross between a Red Currant, a Gooseberry and Jostaberry (itself a hybrid of a Gooseberry and Black Currant). The result is a very tart, sharp jam. Perfect with warm bread or fresh scones.

Ingredients- Chuckleberries (50%), Jam Sugar (Pectin) (50%)
