Elderflower Jelly

There is a special point in an English summer when the season is at its most beautiful. This is elderflower time, when creamy blossoms decorate the hedgerows. With its unmistakable delicate fragrance, it makes the most wonderful preserve. We like to think of it as preserving a little bit of summer time for the months ahead!
